Our Mission Is Self Aware HairHearts & Robots Hair Studio is a fashionable salon located in East Austin, that provides personalized cuts, color and styling for guys and gals. The studio also serves as a gallery, hosting a rotational selection of artwork by local artists and photographers.
Hair designer, Scarlett Vivienne desired to create a unique space where independent hair artists could produce badass hair in a"diy" and craft-inspired studio. Hearts & Robots is located on Rosewood Avenue between East Side Pies and Hillside Farmacy in a charming yellow-painted bungalow. Private parking is available in the lot to the west of the studio as well as an abundance of non-restricted street parking. Hearts & Robots encourages socially conscious building practices and lifestyles. The studio is furnished with 90% up-cycled furniture and equipment ranging from old sewing machine tables left out for trash to screws and bolts affixed to old bicycle seats. We believe that healthy, great looking hair can be achieved in a stylish, relaxed environment at a reasonable price. |
